New Year, new goals, new promises!!!!!!!!!!! Whether you had a few too many cocktails on New Year’s Eve and slept the first, or hit the gym at 6 a.m., ready for a fresh start, the fact is that when reality sets in and you head back to work, keeping that new year promise to yourself is not so easy once you plant yourself back in that office chair. Vowing to get in shape is great, but figuring out how you are going to do that while chained to a desk is a core problem for many of us.
While it is quiet, sleepy and depressing in my office ALL of the time, I often turn to YouTube to liven it up. I change channels with my mood, from Tony Robbins and Entrepreneurship or motivation, to cooking or DIY projects. Listening and even glancing at my phone (or occasionally on my computer!) is so much easier that getting wrapped around a whole article or web page.
For the next week, I will share some of my favorite Desk Work Outs with you. Today’s video will be easy and fun, but then we’ll get more serious by adding weights and bands!
